Oklahoma state Sen. Dusty Deevers hates porn so much he’s introduced a bill that would criminalize it — and that includes sexting outside of marriage.
Dusty Deevers is a far-right pastor who was recently elected to the Oklahoma state senate.
The Christian nationalist says p*rnography must be outlawed because everyone who participates in or views it knows that they are violating “the holy character of God” in doing so.
Republican Senator new bill is seeking 20 YEARS in prison for WATCHING p*rn. However, he put a loophole in that married couples can still send each other explicit images.
Sen. Dusty Deevers is waging "spiritual warfare" to outlaw p*rnography because he says those who use/produce it are under a demonic "power that they aren't able to control."
The ‘Pro-Life’ Lawmaker also Seeks To Penalize Abortions With Death Penalty
Senator Dusty Deevers (R) has introduced legislation that seeks to classify abortion as murder, a move that represents an escalation in OK's legal approach to abortion.
The bill by Sen. Dusty Deevers (R-Elgin), would prohibit consuming or producing s*xual content that “lacks serious literary, artistic, educational, political, or scientific purposes or value” in any medium.
The measure defines “obscene material” as the depiction or description of any “acts of s*xual intercourse,” including those that are “normal or perverted, actual or simulated.”
Content depicting sodomy and masturbation would also be off the table, in addition to videos, movies, video games and text messages that involve “sadomasochistic abuse” and “acts of excretion in a s*xual context.”
Under the measure, pictures of human genitals or women’s breasts would also be banned as well as “lewd exhibition” of the “buttocks.”
However, Senator Devers is a Pastor affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convestion(SBC) which has faced hundreds of sexual abuse allegations.
In 2019, an investigation by the Houston Chronicle and San Antonio Express-news uncovered more than 700 survivors of sexual abuse by SBC leaders over 20 years.
