At least two people have life-threatening injuries after a shooting in a shopping center in Bellevue on Wednesday night, according to police. Metro Nashville Police were called to 7071 Highway 70S at 8:17 p.m. after a report of a shooting. Two people were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. No other details surrounding the shooting have been released.

Two people are dead after a shooting and standoff at a senior apartment complex in Arroyo Grande, California.  The 2 confirmed dead from this incident were the Victim and the Suspect.  The incident happened Wednesday afternoon, after killing the victim, the suspect barricaded himself in his apartment.  The suspect also died of a self inflicted injuries.

There were reports of active shooter at Lawrence County schools, Tennessee. Another reports of same incident was reported in Giles County. University of Tennessee Southern had to be placed on Lockdown because of this incident.  At one time, it was reported there was an active shooter on the campus of the University.  Authorities responds to calls and lockdown was placed on the schools so that authorities can carry out an investigation.  After the investigation, it was reported that there was NO active shooter in Lawrence or Giles County.  At the end it all  turned out to be false. The parties in Paris seem to have reached a deal. There are multiple reports of active shooter at Haynes Middle School, Nashville.  Initial reports said a Kid brought a gun to school & ALLEGEDLY shot another kid. The school has been placed on Lockdown so that so authorities can investigate reports of a weapon. Students and staff were advised to shelter in place. No unauthorized people are allowed on campus at this time as officials investigate. The student who was suspected of bringing the weapon is in custody. Father found dead inside Middletown Township home; son named person of interest in case. Fort Indiantown Gap Police has arrested a man in his 30s named, Justin Mohn after beheaded his father.  He reportedly uploaded a video on YouTube and showed the decapitated head of his father. Innocent driver killed after moving shootout in Jackson identified. An innocent driver is dead after a moving shootout in Jackson on Monday. A press release says officers responded to the 5400 block of North State Street at 5:20 p.m. regarding a dead male. JPD says Anthony Davis was driving his 2023 grey Nissan Rogue southbound on State Street when he was caught in the crossfire between two suspects who were chasing and shooting at each other. Police have announced that five suspects were arrested in connection with a killing in the California desert that left six dead. The incident reportedly stemmed from a dispute over marijuana. Authorities have identified these five men as suspects in the mysterious deaths of six people in the Mojave Desert.  Some of the victims were believed to be burned.

There are multiple reports of active shooter at Anniston Walmart, Jacksonville, Alabama.  Multiple people were trapped in the store. Initial reports said "Anniston PD is still processing the scene and has advised people to stay away from that area.  One of the eyewitnesses said "So that's what it was?!  We were at the McDonald's there and had to wait for several PD and other emergency vehicles flying ina hurry!"

One man is dead and another is injured after a shooting happened in Jackson Saturday night.  A pistol altered to be fully automatic was recovered at the scene.

#BREAKING: The victim who died during a shooting in Jackson has been identified as 24-year-old Keegan Roberts.  The other person involved, who also received injuries, is a juvenile and has been identified as the suspect.  He is now in police custody, according to JPD. 

One person is dead after a man allegedly shot and killed his wife at a home in Brandon Saturday. According to Brandon Police, officers responded to the scene around 9 a.m. regarding an “accidental death” at 26 Rockford Court in the Crossgates subdivision. When officers arrived at the scene, Brandon Police said they became suspicious about the actual cause of death. Investigators then determined the victim, Carri Gorrell, 38, appeared to have died from a gunshot wound.

Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash in Leithfield. Ambulances and fire and emergency crews were called to the scene on State Highway One just after 5PM. A police spokeswoman said they were responding to a serious three-vehicle crash on State Highway 1 (Ashworths Road, Leithfield.) It’s understood the crash is just past the Kowai Bridge. “Initial indications suggest those involved are seriously injured” the police spokeswoman said. Daily Coffee Press has received several calls regarding an incident near Coffee Middle School this morning.  A woman was spotted on the 206 Connector with a firearm, leading to CMS being placed under lockdown while law enforcement investigated.  According to an official from the CCSO, "the woman was walking to her house from her mother's house because she couldn't get a ride and was taking her stuff."  Officials informed DCP that the woman was not taken into custody as she did not break any laws but was picked up by a deputy and taken home.  The official states there is no cause for concern, and the situation has been handled.

Two missiles seen exploding off Yemen: maritime monitors. The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) authority on Friday said that a vessel positioned about 60 nautical miles (nm) from Yemen’s city of Al Hudaydah reported an explosion heard and missiles sighted a few miles from its position.

Kenneth Smith, 58, who was sentenced to death for his role in the 1988 murder of Elizabeth Sennett, was originally set to be executed in November 2022 with a lethal injection, but officials were unable to locate a vein and were forced to call it off. Three Gibbs Middle School students were arrested Thursday after the Knox County Sheriff's Office said They made fake calls   about an active shooter at Halls Middle School. According to KCSO, all three were eighth-graders and were charged with making a false report. The charge is a felony, and they're also facing misdemeanor charges of making threats of mass destruction and abusing the E-911 communications system. KCSO said the only threat made Thursday was for a supposed active shooter at Halls Middle School. Concerns flared among some community members Thursday that other threats were made at other schools. However, KCSO said no other threat to a Knox County school was made. Gibbs Elementary, Gibbs Middle and Gibbs High schools were all put on lockdown Thursday for the investigation — not for a threat. A Saugus teacher was placed under arrest after they were found with a Class A substance inside the middle school Thursday, Saugus police say. Around 10:39 a.m., police responded to the Saugus Middle School after receiving a 911 call for a “suspicious substance” found in a bathroom. After an investigation, 52-year-old Roxanne Plaskon, a teacher, was found to have a Class A substance and was placed under arrest, police say. In a letter to families, Saugus Superintendent Michael Hashem called the incident “deeply concerning” and said the matter is still under investigation. “The school department has worked cooperatively with the Saugus Police Department and will continue to do so.
