BREAKING NEWS: NTSB says the door plug from Alaska Airlines flight 1282 has been located by a man named "Bob."
Officials from the National Transportation Safety Board, NTSB announced that both flight recorders of Alaska Airlines' Cockpit Voice Recorder have been sent to its lab in Washington, D.C.
However, the data was mistakenly overwritten because no one turned it off, as reported by the NTSB, who stated, 'There's nothing on it.
The NTSB announced that a door plug from Alaska Air 1282 has been found by an individual named Bob in his backyard.
Another big revelation is that NTSB said warning lights came on 3 times on the Alaska Air.
The air pressurization warning light went off on December 7, January 3 and January 4. NTSB Chair Jennifer Homendy said the crews reported it each time, the system was tested and reset.
NTSB also said the Boeing 737 Max-900 was not being used for flights to Hawaii after a warning light that could have indicated a pressurization problem lit up on three different flights.
