Caught on Camera: THIS is the waterspout tornado that moved onshore early this morning in Panama City Beach causing damage at the Lower Lagoon.
The same cell is tracking into parts of the Florida panhandle and southern Georgia this morning (6:30 AM CT)
Power flashes seen as a tornado plows through Freeport, having already wreaked havoc in Panama City, Florida.
Tornado warnings extended to Jackson, Bay, Calhoun, and Washington counties.
Quarter-sized hail reported near DeFuniak Springs.
Making its way across the Florida panhandle a powerful storm is causing massive damage in its wake.
Damage reported in Lower Grand Lagoon, Panama City, Freeport, and other cities, with reports of power outages and tornado watch warnings still in effect.
An eyewitness said "I heard severe damage on Thomas Dr at the curve. Our power on but lots of people out around us."
Another one said "I live outside of Montgomery. My street and yard are completely underwater. My gas meter is not to be seen. Lived here for 22 years. This has happened one other time, 18 years ago. Other than that, all is well."
