Two people have been arrested in what police are calling a “deeply troubling incident” in Harford.
Police say they got a crucial tip with photos and videos depicting a sexual act with an animal.
Officers say they quickly launched an investigation into the “alarming matter.”
They say they were able to identify the woman involved in the incident then served a search warrant at her house.
Police say they found several electronic devices, and two dogs were removed from the home.
Police say Kimberly and Matthew Dockery were arrested and charged with one count of Sexual Crimes against Animals and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Additional charges could be filed.
