In a court filing made today, Fani Willis, the lead prosecutor against Trump, indicated that while accusations that she was having a romantic affair with a co-prosecutor in the Trump case were true, it didn't constitute any conflict of interest and that the relationship was 'private.'
The affidavit read:
"Without additional factors, the existence of a relationship between members of a prosecution team, in and of itself, is simply not a status that entitles a criminal defendant any remedy."
