We will defeat Hamas with or without British weapons, says Netenyahu adviser as UK Mulls restrictions on weapon sales

Benjamin Netanyahu's Top Foreign Policy adviser, Ophir Falk said they will defeat Hamas with or without British weapons.

He said this to Telegraph but asserts that Rishi Sunak has been supportive in the ongoing war.

He also said that they still have the backing of the U.S. and many others in their efforts to defeat Hamas.

“But with or without it, we will do what it takes to finish the job. We will take out the Hamas battalions in Rafah – that’s their last stronghold,” he said.

“We’re going to destroy Hamas wherever they are in Gaza. That’s in the best interest of the UK as well and the entire civilised world,” he said.

“The thing that should be on the plate right now is to free the hostages and to destroy Hamas capabilities so they can never attack us again. Our allies should stick by us.

Prime Minister Sunak has been very, very supportive as have the majority of the British,” he added.

Diamond View Briefly Locked Down While Police Investigate Threat

There were some scary moments Wednesday morning for Diamond View School students, staff and parents, after the Susanville Police Department received a report of a student who may have brought a firearm to school’s campus, which was immediately placed on a ‘lockdown status.’ “Officers arrived and met with the school principal, who identified the student,” explains Interim Chief of Police Michael Bengoa-Bollinger. “It was learned no gun was ever observed, and it was a ‘statement’ that had been overheard by the reporting students while on the bus to school this morning.” School officials and officers contacted the student away from the other children and found no firearm in the student’s possession.
