There are reports of active shooter at Poolville School District, Texas.
However, The Poolville ISD released the following statement about the incident:
"Monarch Family,
Poolville ISD would like to inform parents of a power outage that triggered a false alarm within are WavePlus safety notification system. The report of an active shooter at Poolville ISD was a false alarm and all students and staff are safe. PISD lockdown protocols were followed immediately and efficiently, ensuring that everyone remained secure.
Following the false alarm, immediate steps were taken to rectify the issue and implement necessary adjustments to our WavePlus safety notification system.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to uphold the highest standards of safety within Poolville ISD.

Also the Parker County Sheriff's office released the following statement about the incident:
"There was a false alarm of an active shooter at the Poolville school district. No one was injured or in danger during the false alarm. Investigation into the incident is ongoing but it appears that the system that sends out the alert malfunction."
