A huge emergency response has been in attendance in Guisborough following an overnight incident.
Cleveland Police vehicles and the ambulance service reportedly rushed to the scene on Dorset Road at around 1.30am on Sunday. Police and crime scene investigators remained in attendance throughout the day.
One witness claimed that there were around 15 police cars in attendance. Another said that a house had been cordoned off.
Pictures taking during the day on Sunday show at least two police vans and a car remained at the scene. At least one crime scene investigator could be seen going to and from a property.
Another picture shows the entrance to one property has been cordoned off by police. A police car is parked outside the home.
Cleveland Police and the North East Ambulance Service have both been approached for comment.
